You have to be very careful with this. We put 10 thousand dollars in our credt line and the bank decided to lower our amount and took the 10 thousand. When we called they said to bad its an equity line not a savings account. So if you are putting all your money weekly into this you could loose it all!
Are you a Truth In Equity customer? The few TIE customers that this happened to I know were able to get the majority of their money back out. Did you try? In most cases the bank doesn't have a leg to stand on if they didn't notify you BEFORE they capped or froze the line. If you received your notice AFTER the fact then you have a position.
